The project was split into 4 stages. In the first one the functional analysis was made and users’ requirements were identified. Goyello team responsible for the implementation took part in a workshop run by experts in the legislative techniques. We had an opportunity to learn much about the rules of drawing up legal texts. Thanks to the training we were able to accurately identify the client’s needs and properly estimate the workload.
In the second stage we went on to assess the scope of the project. We split it into sprints, in accordance with the Agile methodology. We planned the work on the basis of the decisions made during meetings with the client. When allocating tasks to sprints we took into consideration the links between them as well as the client’s preferences.
A demo of the application was the outcome of each 2-week sprint. It included the functions developed during that sprint.
Over the next 2 weeks the client was reviewing the developed software and sending their opinions and suggestions. Such an approach let the client have actual influence on the product development and work progress.
At the moment we provide the technical support of the product. Some improvements keep being introduced and the software is being regularly updated.
.NET technology was employed in the project.
